1. The service
Itemingo is software for photographing, identifying, listing and selling inventory across online marketplaces and recording what each unit earned. It is provided by the operator of itemingo.com ("we").
2. Your account and workspace
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use Itemingo, and so must anyone you invite to your workspace. You sign up with an email address you control and confirm it with the code we send before you can sign in. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account and for what the people you invite do in your workspace. You may connect marketplace accounts you are entitled to use; Itemingo acts on those accounts only as you direct it, and never publishes a listing you have not approved.
3. Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page, including a monthly allowance of new items and no AI credits. We may change what the Free plan includes and will tell you by email before a change that reduces it.
Paid plans and their prices are listed on the pricing page. They cannot be bought yet. Joining a waitlist is not a purchase and commits you to nothing; it only asks us to email you when that plan opens. When paid plans open, payment is handled by Stripe and the price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown to you before you pay.
A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you started it, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app under Plan & billing; the plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. We confirm the plan, its price and how to cancel when it starts. AI credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.
Itemingo charges no per-listing fees and takes no share of your sales.
4. Your content
Photos, listings, costs and sales records you put into Itemingo are yours. We store and process them to run the service for you and do not sell them. You can export or delete them from your settings.
Only upload photos and text you have the right to use. If you believe something stored or shown through Itemingo infringes your copyright, write to support@itemingo.com and say what the work is, where you found it and how to reach you. We remove material we are properly told is infringing, and we close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.
5. Marketplaces and third parties
eBay, Newegg, Whatnot, Stripe and other providers have their own terms, fees and policies. Itemingo estimates fees and labels every estimate; the marketplace's own statement is the record.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Itemingo to list goods you may not sell, to misrepresent condition, or to interfere with the service or other workspaces. Do not create accounts by automated means, or more than one account or organization to get around a plan's limits.
7. Closing or suspending an account
You can stop using Itemingo at any time and delete your workspace or account from your settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
8. Availability and changes
Itemingo is provided as is. We may change or withdraw features, and will give notice of material changes to these terms by email or in the app before they take effect.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, marketplace decisions, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
