IItemingo

Terms of Service

Draft, version 2026-09-20. Itemingo is in private use; these terms apply to the people using it by invitation and will be revised before public signup.

1. The service

Itemingo is software for photographing, identifying, listing and selling inventory across online marketplaces and recording what each unit earned. It is provided by the operator of itemingo.com ("we").

2. Your account and workspace

You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for what the people you invite do in your workspace. You may connect marketplace accounts you are entitled to use; Itemingo acts on those accounts only as you direct it, and never publishes a listing you have not approved.

3. Your content

Photos, listings, costs and sales records you put into Itemingo are yours. We store and process them to run the service for you and do not sell them. You can export or delete them from your settings.

4. Marketplaces and third parties

eBay, Newegg, Whatnot, Stripe and other providers have their own terms, fees and policies. Itemingo estimates fees and labels every estimate; the marketplace's own statement is the record.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Itemingo to list goods you may not sell, to misrepresent condition, or to interfere with the service or other workspaces.

6. Availability and changes

Itemingo is provided as is during private use. We may change or withdraw features and will give notice of material changes to these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, marketplace decisions, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
