What we collect
- Account data: your email, display name, sign-in security settings and sessions, and which versions of the Terms and this policy you accepted and when.
- Sign-up and sign-in protection: a one-way fingerprint of the network address a sign-up or sign-in came from, used to limit repeated attempts. The address itself is not stored with your account.
- Plan interest: the paid plan you asked to hear about, if you joined a waitlist.
- Workspace data: the photos, listings, costs, sales and notes you and your team put into Itemingo.
- Marketplace connections: tokens the marketplace issues so Itemingo can act on your behalf, stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Operational logs: request metadata needed to run and secure the service, kept briefly.
Email we send you
We email you the code that confirms your address, password resets, invitations and notices about your account. If you joined a waitlist, we email you when that plan opens. We do not send advertising for anyone else.
What we do not collect
Itemingo does not store your buyers' names, addresses, emails or phone numbers. Orders are recorded by their marketplace identifiers, price, status and tracking only.
Page views and cookies
This website and the Itemingo app count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. It sees the address of the page or screen you opened, the site that referred you, how quickly the page loaded, and your browser and country in aggregate. It does not record what you type or click, and we do not run session recording or advertising trackers.
This website sets no cookies. The app sets two when you sign in, both needed for it to work: one keeps you signed in and one protects your requests from forgery. It also keeps display preferences, such as light or dark theme, in your browser's storage.
Who processes it
Itemingo runs on infrastructure we operate. Email is delivered through Resend; edge security through Cloudflare; payments, when billing opens, through Stripe. Each receives only what it needs for its role. When the app shows eBay listings for comparison, their thumbnail images load from eBay, which sees your network address as it would on any visit to eBay.
AI identification
Managed AI is optional and off unless you run it on an item; the Free plan does not include it. When you do, the photos of that item, and any text or barcodes read from them, are sent to one or more of these providers to identify the item and draft its listing: Google Cloud (Cloud Vision and the Gemini API on a paid plan), OpenAI (API), Anthropic (API) and Amazon Web Services (Rekognition). Under their business terms these providers do not use what we send to train their models. We never send your buyers' data, your account details, your prices or costs, or anything about other items. Every result waits for you to confirm it, and the evidence behind it is shown to you.
Children
Itemingo is a business tool for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
Your controls
Export your workspace or your account data, or schedule deletion, from Settings. Deletion is delayed so it can be cancelled, then permanent.
