What we collect
- Account data: your email, display name, sign-in security settings and sessions.
- Workspace data: the photos, listings, costs, sales and notes you and your team put into Itemingo.
- Marketplace connections: tokens the marketplace issues so Itemingo can act on your behalf, stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Operational logs: request metadata needed to run and secure the service, kept briefly.
What we do not collect
Itemingo does not store your buyers' names, addresses, emails or phone numbers. Orders are recorded by their marketplace identifiers, price, status and tracking only. We do not run advertising trackers.
Who processes it
Itemingo runs on infrastructure we operate. Email is delivered through Resend; edge security through Cloudflare; payments, when billing opens, through Stripe. Each receives only what it needs for its role.
Your controls
Export your workspace or your account data, or schedule deletion, from Settings. Deletion is delayed so it can be cancelled, then permanent.
