Itemingo is in private use while it is being built, so there is no account to recover or subscription to change yet. If you are one of the people using it, sign in at app.itemingo.com and use Help & support inside the app for anything tied to your workspace.

What Itemingo never asks you for

• Your eBay, Newegg or Whatnot password. Marketplaces are connected through their own authorization pages or with tokens they issue you.
• Card numbers by email. Billing, when it opens, is handled by Stripe on its own pages.
